Congratulations to the Ole Miss Rebels & the Rutgers Scarlet Knights on their bowl selections! Rutgers will play NC State in the Papajohns.com Bowl (12/29 at 3p on ESPN) and Ole Miss will play Texas Tech in the Cotton Bowl (1/2/09 at 2p on FOX). Best of luck to both Rutgers and Ole Miss!

As the regular season comes to an end, the Bears are continuing to fight for a playoff spot. Here are the standings as of now and remaining games. The easiest math is that if they beat the Texans and Packers and the Vikings lose to the Falcons and Giants, then they're in as the NFC North Champs.

What Happened to Oversoul.com?
For the time being, I am redirecting oversoul.com to here. At some future point, I will re-launch oversoul.com as a seperate site. Although there is no web site at this time, all valid oversoul.com e-mail addresses are still functional.
Spoofing / Spam Issues
If you are receiving unsolicitated e-mail from either oversoul.com or jamesgilliard.com, please carefully examine the from address and headers. The spoofed addresses will look like random keystrokes (i.e. pusdipof@oversoul.com), and the headers will show it coming from an IP address that does not match either domain.
Please be aware that neither domain nor myself personally send spam; all of it is spoofed.
